Landi Technologies is a clean transportation technology company helping commercial fleets transition toward more sustainable operating models. The business works with OEMs, dealers, distributors and fleet operators across CNG, alternative fuels and a broader portfolio of lower-emission technologies — the practical solutions fleets actually use as they decarbonise.

We partnered with the company during a major strategic transformation, helping it establish its identity, positioning and digital presence as an independent clean transportation technology business.

02 — The challenge

The commercial transport sector is undergoing one of the largest sustainability transitions in its history — and the brands operating within it have to communicate something more nuanced than "EVs are coming." Fleets are managing multiple technologies in parallel: alternative fuels, CNG, cleaner combustion, electrification, hybrid models. The brands they trust are the ones that understand that reality.

Landi Technologies needed a positioning and identity that reflected this — credible, technical, sustainability-focused, but free of the clichés that crowd the green-tech category.
