OW Logistics — technology-driven 3PL

01 — The brief

Boutique 3PL, enterprise-grade marketing function.

OW Logistics is a boutique global 3PL headquartered in the United States, supporting retailers and brands as they move goods from Asia into the US and navigate the complexity of modern global supply chains — across freight, vendor management, retail logistics and import operations.

Studio Nine has partnered with OW Logistics since 2018 as its embedded marketing and creative partner — effectively operating as the company's outsourced marketing department. We work directly with the CEO and Head of US Operations across the company's entire brand and communications ecosystem.

02 — The challenge

Build trust in a category where marketing rarely earns it.

Global logistics is competitive, operationally complex and overwhelmingly relationship-driven — trust, responsiveness and proof matter more than visibility. The challenge for OW Logistics wasn't volume; it was building a marketing and communications platform capable of communicating operational credibility, differentiating from much larger enterprise providers, and supporting commercial growth on the same cadence as the logistics industry itself.

03 — Our role

Long-term embedded partner across the full marketing function.

We don't deliver projects to OW Logistics — we operate their marketing function. That includes the strategic direction and the day-to-day execution: brand, website, sales materials, RFPs, event collateral and the customer-facing assets that support commercial growth. It lets the business move quickly, present polished work to procurement teams, and avoid the cost and overhead of building an in-house team to do the same.

    Brand & communications direction

Shape how OW Logistics communicates operational credibility, responsiveness and customer trust within an increasingly competitive 3PL market.

  4. 04

    Sales enablement & RFP support

Produce the proposal documents, RFP responses, capability presentations and pitch materials behind real commercial growth — translating logistics expertise into procurement-ready assets.

  5. 05

    Events, collateral & ongoing execution

Event materials, exhibition assets, print collateral, campaign work, customer-facing creative — hands-on creative production at the pace of the business.

  6. 06

    Embedded leadership collaboration

Work directly with the CEO and Head of US Operations as a trusted strategic and creative partner — long-term, leadership-level trust.
